What our analytics cookies do and do not record. Because this is a site for finding and booking body composition and bone density scans, the pages you visit here are themselves an indication that you are looking for a health service. Our analytics record that activity — which city and clinic pages you viewed, what you type into the location search box, and which steps of a booking you reached — against a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser. They do not record your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into a booking form, and they never receive your scan results or any other clinical information: those come from the clinic, not from this website. The location search box is the one exception to that: what you type there, including a ZIP code, is recorded, because it is how we decide which city pages to build next. We do not sell this data. Some of it is processed by Google Analytics, whose own advertising features are controlled in that product; where those are enabled, Google's privacy policy governs that use.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Health and body composition records are retained in accordance with applicable state and federal medical records retention requirements, typically a minimum of 7 years.
